Returns

  • Customers may return any physical item if:

    • Damaged

    • Unusable

    • Bought the wrong product

  • At Pop Planning, we deduct the cost of return shipping and restocking fees from your refund

  • With this return policy, you have the option to get a refund on the particular product(s) that have the problems - or get a replacement free of extra charge

    • No shipping fees for customers.

  • RETURNS MUST BE IN THE FIRST 20 DAYS OF PURCHASE

Warranty

  • There is no warranty at purchase – If the customer breaks something that is rented – they will pay for a replacement

  • If the customer breaks an item that is purchased and not rented, there is no warranty.
