Customers may return any physical item if:
Damaged
Unusable
Bought the wrong product
At Pop Planning, we deduct the cost of return shipping and restocking fees from your refund
With this return policy, you have the option to get a refund on the particular product(s) that have the problems - or get a replacement free of extra charge
No shipping fees for customers.
RETURNS MUST BE IN THE FIRST 20 DAYS OF PURCHASE
Warranty
There is no warranty at purchase – If the customer breaks something that is rented – they will pay for a replacement
If the customer breaks an item that is purchased and not rented, there is no warranty.
